What does "design and construct" mean — do I need to hire my own structural engineer?

No. Taurus provides a complete design and construct package up to DPC, which means the pile design, the installation specification and the physical construction are all handled in-house by the same team. You do not need to appoint a separate structural engineer for the piling design stage.
